1. Kencos4 Return and Replacement Policy

7-Day Return Policy: You may return the Kencos4 within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at support@hydrogenproject.in with your order details.

14-Day Replacement Policy: If the Kencos4 has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please provide proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) when contacting our support team. Replacement is subject to verification of the defect.

Refunds for eligible returns will be credited within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Other Machines (Non-Kencos4 Products)

No Returns After Purchase: For all other machines, we do not offer returns or refunds after purchase. However, we provide a trial run and experience session at our office or collaborative wellness center prior to purchase to ensure you are satisfied with the product.

Manufacturing Defects: If a manufacturing defect is identified within 14 days of delivery, you may request a replacement. Contact us at support@hydrogenproject.in with proof of the defect for further assistance.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund. Accessories or consumables included with the machines are also non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
